Breastfeeding Resources
Describes the importance and benefits of breastfeeding, resources, and 14 tip sheets on how to properly breastfeed and store milk.

Family Planning and Sexual Health
Services include birth control, pregnancy tests, yearly exams for men and women, counseling about pregnancy, adoption and abortion, and sexually transmitted disease (STD) screening including HIV tests.

Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Health
Addresses the health concerns of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender people, also known as "GLBT" people and "sexual minorities."

Health Care for the Homeless Network (HCHN)
Provides quality, comprehensive health care for people experiencing homelessness in King County and provides leadership to help change the conditions that deprive our neighbors of home and health.

MOMs Plus
MOMs PLUS provides a variety of services for a diverse population of pregnant and parenting women who have low incomes. The focus of service is to improve health care access for women and their families by encouraging prenatal care, substance abuse treatment, stable housing and reduction in the risk of infant death.

Northwest Family Center (NWFC)
Provides and assures access to quality medical care and support services designed to optimize the health and quality of life of women, children, youth and families living with HIV disease in Washington State.

Oral / Dental Health Program
Provides clinical and community based oral health services to improve the oral health of King County residents and reduce the level of dental disease.

Public Health Nurses
A Public Health Nurse (PHN) is a Registered Nurse (RN) with special training in community health. She or he can help you or your family with health concerns, and parenting and lifestyle issues. PHNs are knowledgeable about the resources in your community.

Women, Infants and Children (WIC) services
WIC is a preventive health and nutrition program that provides short term assistance to young families to promote optimal growth and development.
