Instructions to submit a Public Records Request

Public Health email update service

As a Public Health Email Update Subscriber, you will receive an email announcing when the latest information regarding the topics below have been updated on our website along with a link to access the full text. This a free service.

How to sign up

  1. Start by clicking here to sign up for email updates. You'll be taken to a page asking you to enter your email address.
  2. Enter your email address then press the 'Go' button. Follow the instructions on the next page to create a new service account.
  3. Set a password to protect your account. Setting a password will allow you to control how your email address is subscribed and unsubscribed to the system and protect from others subscribing you without your permission.
  4. After pressing the Submit button, you'll be taken to the Quick Subscribe page where you can continue to subscribe to any of our other email alert services. After making your selections, press the Save button. You will then be asked to fill out an optional brief survey.
  5. Activate your subscription request. You will be sent a message to your email account asking you to confirm your request by pressing on an included link.
