Recreation Opportunities
*The freshwater well at Middlefork campground is out of service*
More than two million acres of public land surface area managed by the BLM's Worland Field Office. Unless otherwise posted, the public lands are open to recreational use. However, please remember that recreation is just one of many activities on these lands. Other uses include livestock grazing and mineral development. You are invited to experience firsthand the beautiful Bighorn Basin. Scenic and biological diversity, a rich western history, unequalled cultural and paleontological resources, uncrowded outdoor recreation and genuine hospitality await you.
You will find a lot of interesting things to do and see on public land. They are truly our lands and our legacy!
