The Office of the Federal Environmental Executive has released implementation guidance for federal agencies for use in preparing and deploying a Hierarchical, Organization-focused Environment Safety and Health Management System (ESHMS). The guidance includes sample templates while outlining key steps for agencies to follow to implement a hierarchical, organizational-level, enterprise ESHMS, from headquarters down to facilities.
