Thanks, Gail.

The ERIC database will continue, but the contract has not yet been awarded.
There will be a database, but what form it will take is anybody's guess.
There are several groups that have bid on the contract and, when the award
is announced, we may know more. At least we will have names, addresses, and
e-mails.

The minute we have information about the new contract, we will let
everybody know. It will have to be soon. All Clearinghouse contracts end on
December 31.

Most of us on the staff have worked on "soft money" for over 20 years and
knew that it could end at any time. We just never thought it would. We will
survive.

Again, thanks for the kind words. We will be here for a while yet, so don't
hesitate to let us know if there's anything we can do....

Judy
