Major Genetic Syndromes

Added text to state that the management of adenomas in the stomach is individualized based on the size of the adenoma and the degree of dysplasia.

Added text to state that isolated and multiple hyperplastic polyps are common in the general population and do not suggest an underlying genetic disorder.

Added text to state that several studies show that the prevalence of colorectal adenocarcinoma in patients with formally defined criteria for hyperplastic polyposis syndrome (HPPS) is 50% or more (cited Leggett et al., Place et al., Hyman et al., and Koide et al. as references 306, 308, 309, and 310, respectively).
