Realty
The Division of Realty works with refuge staff and local communities in acquiring lands, purchasing easements, and granting rights-of-way to cross lands for each National Wildlife Refuge. The Division’s staff of realty specialists works with landowners who are willing to sell property or property interests to the Service. They identify just compensation and make fee title or easement purchases with land owners.
