This page welcomes to the Primary Care Coalition of Montgomery County, Maryland (Coalition), a non-profit corporation established to increase access to health care for low-income, uninsured County residents, and more recently, to improve the health status of Montgomery County’s medically underserved. The Coalition provides integrative and gap-filling programs while collaborating with public and private safety net organizations that offer direct patient care.
