The CORE Initiative partnered with community and faith-based groups to advance multi-sectoral responses to the HIV/AIDS epidemic through grants, capacity building, and networking. The CORE Initiative worked in 24 countries to support community-and faith-based groups in preventing HIV/AIDS, reducing stigma, and providing care and support for those living with HIV or AIDS, including orphans and other vulnerable children.
