International Programs provides technical skills of the U.S. Forest Service to partners and projects around the world in an effort to promote sustainable forest management and biodiversity conservation. Our office recognizes that conservation education is also a necessary tool to achieve these objectives. Teachers and natural resource managers can work together to heighten awareness. The Learning Zone is a useful resource for students of all ages to learn about international forestry.

Kid's Treehouse Kid's Treehouse

Kid's Treehouse is an interactive and informative site designed for a much younger audience. One can learn about different types of forests, associated wildlife, and general problems concerning them. Games and a quiz have been designed to make learning about forests more fun.

Student's Resources provides information on fellowship and scholarship opportunities, grants for individuals interested in pursuing an education in natural resources and other educational resources websites.
