Informed Parents Against V.A.P.P. is pleased to endorse Every Child By Two’s plan to promote a nationwide system of 
immunization registries that will provide accurate up-to-date information about children’s immunization.  As the parents of 
children who contracted polio from O.P.V., we are especially pleased that the new immunization schedule will rely on the 
safer I.P.V. for protection against polio.

As a member of the N.V.A.C. working group on vaccine safety and former vice chairman of the Federal Advisory Commission on
 Childhood Vaccines, I am well aware of the need to provide ready access to school and doctors for information on 
 immunizations in order to ensure safety and the broadest possible program for childhood vaccinations.

We wish you much success in this significant health care initiative and look forward to continuing to work together.
