Request Information

Please fill out the form below with details of what you might like to see in your customized request. It's alright if you're not 100% sure about each point. Someone from our staff will contact you to discuss the request, and, if you like, you can order it at that time. Remember, there may be a cost for the request, but our staff will discuss that once they have the final details of the request.

NOTES:

  1. Looking for company data (i.e. names of importers and exporters)? We don't publish any. Check our FAQ for details.
  2. COSTS!!! There may be a fee for your request.
  3. Looking for trade data that does NOT include the United States (i.e. "What is Canada trading with Mexico?")? We don't publish that information. Check our FAQ for details.

  1. The name of the person we should contact about the request
  2. The name of your organization (optional).
  3. Your telephone number (BEST to include if you would like a quick response).
  4. Your fax number (optional)
  5. Your e-mail address
  6. The type of data you need
    • Imports
    • Exports
    • Imports and exports
  7. Frequency of data
    • Annual
    • Monthly
    • Year-to-date
    • Some combination
  8. Years of the request
    • 1989 through 2002 (year-to-date)
  9. Commodity classification systems
    • HS
    • End-Use
    • SITC
    • SIC
    • NAICS
  10. Commodity codes requested (using the above classification system)
  11. Any additional notes you have about the request.

Notes:
  • (1) We need at least one method of contacting you. Preferably, we can telephone you to discuss your request. Absent that, a fax number or e-mail address are required. Any requests made without a valid telephone number, fax number or e-mail address will be disregarded.
  • (2) Availability may vary depending on request.
  • (3) If you are not interested in basing your request on specific commodities, please select the option "No commodities. See NOTES". Then, please use the NOTES field to give us more detail on what you'd like in your request.
