FAS is now accepting proposals for the Section 416(b) donations of non-fat dry milk. Section 416(b) donations are to help developing countries, especially with humanitarian needs. The Online Food Aid Proposal Entry System is now available. Deadline for the initial tranche of programs is December 15, 2002. (10/23)
