Interested persons are invited to submit comments on or before November 22, 2006 on revision to the Federal Family Education Loan Program Federal Consolidation Loan Application and Promissory Note. This application form and promissory note is the means by which a borrower applies for a Federal Consolidation Loan and promises to repay the loan, and a lender or guaranty agency certifies the borrower's eligibility to receive a Consolidation loan. |
