Subject: AES Staff Announcement

The Foreign Trade Division would like to announce the transfer of Ms. 
               Lisandra I. Santiago-Buzo to the Automated Export System (AES) Branch 
               at the U.S. Census Bureau Headquarters in Suitland, Maryland. 
Ms. Santiago-Buzo was a member of the Puerto Rico Trade Data Staff for 
               14 years.  During this time, she worked with Puerto Rico exporters, 
               forwarding agents, carriers and other Federal and Puerto Rico 
               Commonwealth agencies. 
Under her new role, Ms. Santiago-Buzo provides customer support on the 
               AES.  This support includes providing education, problem-solving, and 
               AES certification.  If you are a Spanish speaking individual and would 
               like AES support in Spanish, please call either Ms. Santiago-Buzo or 
               Mr. Jose Rodriguez of the AES Branch.

Comunicacion del Personal de AES
La Division de Comercio Exterior les quiere anunciar la transferencia 
               de Sra. Lisandra I. Santiago-Buzo a la Oficina del Sistema the 
               Exportacion Automatizada (AES, por sus siglas en ingles) localizada en 
               las Oficinas Centrales del Negociado del Censo en Suitland, Maryland.
La Sra. Santiago-Buzo laboro por 14 anos en la Oficina de Comercio 
               Exterior en Puerto Rico (PRTDS, por sus siglas en ingles).  Durante 
               ese tiempo, colaboro con los exportadores, transportistas maritimos y 
               aereos, agentes de transportacion, agenicas Federales y 
               Gubernamentales en Puerto Rico.
Dentro de su nuevo desempeno, la Sra. Santiago-Buzo provee apoyo a los 
               exportadores, clientes en el AES.  Ese apoyo incluye proveer educacion
               /orientacion, resolver problemas y certificaciones del AES.  Si usted 
               es un hispanoparlante y prefiere comunicarse con un representante al 
               cliente en espanol, puede comunicarse con Sra. Santiago-Buzo o con 
               Sr. Jose Rodriguez en la  Oficina del AES.

               Lunes – Viernes, 7:30am – 5:30pm Hora de la Costa Este al 
               1 (800) 549-0595, y seleccionar la Opcion 1.
