AESDirect Filers are advised that the AESDirect Service will undergo 
               a major technology upgrade on the morning of Wednesday, December 7th.

This will NOT effect any AESDirect User Interface, EDI Upload or VPN
               connection service.

The upgrade is scheduled to take place from 5 to 6am (EST) on 
               Wednesday, December 7, 2005. The AESDirect Service is scheduled to be 
               unavailable during this period.

Any AESDirect Filer experiencing problems connecting to AESDirect 
               following this upgrade should contact AESDirect Customer Service at 
               1-877-715-4433.
