The AESDirect Program is experiencing technical issues with password
authentication for some company accounts.  For those who can log in, 
the system response time may be delayed as you access the various 
sections of the shipment. 

The AESDirect contractor is aware of these issues and is working to 
resolve the matter.  We expect the matter to be resolved soon.

**  At this time, we HAVE NOT ENACTED the AES Downtime Policy.  **

We apologize for the disruption and once we have an exact
determination of the problem, we will update the trade with further
instructions.
