She is the author of several books, monographs and articles on language and learning. Jan Buhmann, M.S., R.N., C. Mr. Buhmann coordinates the design and development of online learning at PeaceHealth in Eugene, OR. He is also on the faculty at the Center for Lifelong Learning at the Indiana University School of Nursing. Joanna Kaakinen, Ph. D., R.N. Dr. Kaakinen is an Associate Professor at the School of Nursing at the University of Portland. Her teaching expertise is in the areas of communication, teaching and foundations of nursing. Margo Mansfield, M.A. Ms. Mansfield has been a Performance Consultant in the field of training and human development for 25 years. She has worked with trainers and educators to develop methods of demonstrating the Return on Investment (ROI) for their roles.
