The following are media events associated with the terminal countdown demonstration test for STS-125. All times are Eastern.
- Sept. 21 -- STS-125 Crew Arrival: The crew will arrive as early as 5:45 p.m. at the Shuttle Landing Facility and make a statement. U.S. media should arrive at Kennedy's News Center by 4:30 p.m. for transportation to the facility. Foreign media with credentials must arrive at the Kennedy Space Center Badging Office on State Road 405 by 4 p.m. for transportation to the News Center. The arrival will be carried live on NASA TV.
- Sept. 23 -- STS-125 Crew Media Q&A: The crew will take media questions at Launch Pad 39A at 9:40 a.m. U.S. media must arrive at the News Center by 8:15 a.m. for transportation to the launch pad. Foreign media with credentials must arrive at the Kennedy Space Center Badging Office on State Road 405 by 7:45 a.m. for transportation to the News Center. The session will be carried live on NASA TV.
- Sept. 24 -- STS-125 Crew Walkout Photo Opportunity: The astronauts will depart from the Operations and Checkout Building at 7:45 a.m. in their flight entry suits in preparation for the countdown demonstration test at the launch pad. U.S media need to arrive at the News Center by 6:30 a.m. to cover the event. Foreign media with credentials must arrive at the Pass Kennedy Space Center Badging Office on State Road 405 by 6 a.m. for transportation to the News Center. There will be no live NASA TV coverage.

The events will take place in operational areas, so all participants must be properly dressed in full-length pants, flat shoes that entirely cover the feet and shirts with sleeves. Sleeveless shirts are not allowed.
