Dreamscape Multimedia is a full service Web and marketing clearinghouse assisting small to medium-sized companies establish a strategic Web presence, based on sound marketing principles geared to drive traffic to their clients' Web sites. Dreamscape Multimedia joined the Partnership in 2007 with a goal of purchasing renewable energy certificates (RECs) equal to over 60 percent of its electricity needs. In 2008, the company plans on making a 120 percent match. The driver behind this commitment was largely Al Gore's "An Inconvenient Truth." The company was already concerned with minimizing waste, but the documentary helped further raise awareness about the issue of global climate change. "We are excited about this opportunity. We have always seen ourselves as business activists, but now we have found a way to be environmental activists at the same time. We are also thrilled to be the example, illustrating how environmental protection can be easily woven into the fabric of your day-to-day operations," said Matt Schoenherr, President.
