FOREST SERVICE SEEKS COMMENTS
ON PROPOSED TRAVEL MANAGEMENT PLAN
CUSTER, SD: SEPTEMBER 6, 2007
Black Hills National Forest officials expect the Notice of Intent
for the Travel Management Plan to be published in the Federal Register
by Monday, September 10. The Notice of Intent begins the formal
National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process. This date coincides
with public meetings scheduled that week.
Those with special needs who would like to attend one or more meetings
should contact the facility to determine if it will meet their needs.
The meetings are scheduled from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the following
