Saluting Women's History Month: Charlotte PonticelliSenior Coordinator for International Women’s Issues, Charlotte ("Charlie") Ponticelli was appointed by President George W. Bush to the position of Senior Coordinator after 20 years' experience in the human rights field. Secretary Powell has called her office the "focal point within the Bush Administration for the development and implementation of our pro-women foreign policy agenda."
