Question 4

Several changes were made to the Replacement Housing Payment subpart of the regulations as follows:

  1. Adjustment of asking price of available comparables is no longer required.

  2. A professional home inspection is now listed as a specifically eligible incidental cost.

  3. 90 day occupant's down payment eligibility is no longer limited by the conventional loan down payment amount.

  4. All of the above.
