Time is running out to apply for a little known Medicare Prescription Drug Program that helps seniors with limited incomes afford prescription drugs. The program provides up to a $1200 benefit toward the purchase of prescription drugs. However, to get the full benefit, you must apply for a prescription drug card by December 31, 2004.
