“On July 31, 2007, the Hawaii Civil Rights Comission voted to postpone decision making on the proposed rules until there are five sitting Commissioners who have had adequate time to review the record of the rulemaking process. Notice of the HCRC meeting for decision making will be filed with the office of Lt. Governor.”
