Distinguishing Features
- Grows 2 to 3 feet tall
- Stems are gray-green and irregularly toothed, lower leaves are stalked and hairy; upper leaves clasp the stem and are usually hairless
- Numerous, small, 4-petaled, white flowers cluster at the plant's top
- Heart-shaped seed pods contain two, small reddish-brown seeds
