Form 26-6382.
    OMB Control Number: 2900-0111.
Type of Review: Extension of a currently approved collection.
Abstract: VA Form 26-6382 is completed by purchasers who are
assuming veterans' guaranteed, insured, and direct home loans. The
information collected is essential in the determinations for release of

veteran purchasers must meet all requirements of liability in addition
to having available loan guaranty entitlement.

Estimated Average Burden per Respondent: 15 minutes.
    Frequency of Response: One-time.
    Estimated Number of Respondents: 1,500

    Dated: July 24, 2007.
