SUMMARY: This is a notice of an Administrative declaration of a 
disaster for the State of West Virginia dated 01/19/2007.
    Incident: Fire.
    Incident Period: 01/13/2007.
    Effective Date: 01/19/2007.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 03/20/2007.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/19/2007.
