Take notice that on October 22, 2007, Nornew Energy Supply, Inc. (NES) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, First Revised Original Sheet No. 1, effective October 26, 2007. NES tendered for filing its compliance filing consisting of a notice to cancel its FERC Gas Tariff. NES states that upon cancellation of its tariff, NES will be a Hinshaw pipeline, exempt from Commission regulation under the Natural Gas Act and regulated by the New York Public Service Commission. Any person desiring to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rule 211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). Protests to this filing will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
