Take notice that on June 29, 2007, Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America (Natural) tendered for filing Amendment No. 8 dated May 23, 2007, to Rate Schedule FTS Service Agreement dated May 5, 1995, between Natural and Nicor Gas Company (Nicor). Natural states that the Amendment reflects changes to the primary receipt points in Exhibit A of the Rate Schedule FTS Service FTS Service Agreement to be effective July 1, 2007. Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
