The U.S. Department of Transportation contracted with Abacus Technology Corporation to prepare a series of research reports on the activities of the No-Zone Campaign. The Executive Summary or Overview of each report is presented below. The full text of each report (including graphical figures and appendices) is available on this site in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF) files. Acrobat PDF files preserve the original formatting of the document, so it looks exactly the same on your computer (or from your printer) as it does in the original report to the U.S. DOT. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader software, you can download a free version of this software at the Adobe Acrobat web site.
