ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The staff grants a rulemaking petition filed by Charles 
Crawford to allot Channel 236C1 to Hale Center, Texas, as a first local 
aural service. With this action, the proceeding is terminated. See 
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION.
