North Korea Grain Situation - 2005/06

Recent corn yields in North Korea have averaged about 3.5 tons per hectare and have been among the highest in the region, consistently surpassing yields in Vietnam, Burma, and Indonesia, and matching yields in Thailand. China corn yields are the highest in the region, at around 5 tons per hectare.
