9th Modeling Conference Security/RSVP Information

To aid you in participating in the 9th Modeling Conference, we are providing security related information that you should read.

Security / RSVP

1.) Each Conference Attendee needs to have with them a Picture ID with a current date or that attendee will not be allowed in the facility. This ID can be a valid Driver’s License, Passport, or etc. Please call Edward Sanders at (919) 541-3443 if you have any questions regarding proper ID.

2.) Letting us know that you will be attending will help us in easing you through security. Call or preferrably email Peter Eckhoff (Telephone: (919) 541-5385; Email: eckhoff.peter@epa.gov) to let us know if you will be attending. Please do so by the morning of October 8th.

3.) If you bring a laptop and/or camera with you, it will help if you have the following form filled out ahead of time.

4.) Allow some time for an airport type security screen. At least 15 minutes is recommended.

5.) If you have special needs, please let us know.
