Description: PROJECT NEIGHBORHOOD, INC., FIGHTING BACK The Fighting Back Project was created by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to test the hypothesis that a broad collaboration of community elements could develop a central strategy to harness and focus their collective resources to significantly reduce their most serious substance abuse problems. Among the objectives of the Fighting Back Project is a reduction in on-the-job problems and injuries related to substance abuse.
