Description: REGIONAL STATE CENTERS The substance abuse prevention network in Michigan centers around 18 regional coordinating agencies -- each representing one or more counties. Three of these coordinating agencies provide training and technical assistance to private businesses interested in workplace substance abuse initiatives and are actively involved with EAP and other workplace programs.
