Description: STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS The Bureau of Substance Abuse Services, Massachusetts Department of Public Health, sponsors approximately 100 events annually ranging from half-day seminars to multi-day conferences on substance abuse and related issues. The majority of these events are open to businesses, although that is not often the primary focus of the events. Conferences are organized through AdCare Educational Institute, Inc., a non-profit organization, with funding from the Massachusetts Department of Health.
