Description:

STATE OF INDIANA Indiana businesses that maintain or begin employee assistance programs are eligible for a one-time state tax credit. The State also distributes a manual targeting small businesses, entitled Putting Drugs Out of Work - Suggestions for Creating a Drug-Free Workplace Program. The manual contains sample policies and helpful information on employee education, supervisor training, employee assistance programs, drug testing, State and federal regulations, and a resource directory.
