- Project name and solicitation number
- Your business name
- Mailing address
- Telephone number
- Fax number
- Email address
Click YES under drawings to send an email request for the drawings. Your email request should contain the above information.
Some of the project packages are now available online. Viewing and printing some of the documents requires Acrobat Reader software. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, click HERE to download the free software, follow the installation directions, then return here to view and print the documents.
We ask anyone downloading solicitations to please email our office and supply the information noted above, and let us know you downloaded it.

Receipt Date = The date by which the price/bid/proposal must be in the Okanogan-Wenatchee or the Colville National Forests Contracting Office (not the postmark date) Check carefully to Be sure you return it to the correct office; Wenatchee, Okanogan or Colville.
COB = Close of business (4:30 p.m.)

Make sure Documents to search is marked

If you know Solicitation Number - you can type RFQ-R6-17-02-06 (sample number) and go to bottom of page and click Start Search.
