                  SUBJECT:   Staff's Application Books


                  Attached are Summary Statements ("blue sheets") covering the applications
                  considered at the April  18-19  meeting  of  the  Re@iew  Committee.  These
                  summaries should be inserted in  your  application  book  for  the  Council
                  Meeting on May 22-23 which will be held in Conference Room #4, Puilding 31.
                  The following additions or substitutions are being distributed so that
                  your book will reflect an up dating of some of the application materials
                  as well as staff's supporting documents:
                  1 S02  Rm  00060-01  - Summary of Application dated May 5 should be substi-
                  North Dakota           tuted for summary dated April 7.  This proposed region
                                         is being site visited and we hope to get a report
                                         of the visit to you before Council meets.
                  I S02  RM  00062-01  - Staff Concerns dated Cray 5 should be substituted for
                  Tri-State              concerns sheet dated April 4.  This proposed region
                                         is also being site visited and  we  hope  to  get  a
                                         report to you before Council meets.
                  1 S02 PJi 00042-01R  - Staff Concerns dated May 4 should be substituted for
                  New Jersey             concerns sheet dated April 10.  Also, a resume of
                                         recent activities should be added as the last page
                                         of New Jersey's revised application.
                  I S02 RTl 00057-01R  - Summary of Application and Staff Concerns sheet, (both
                  Mississippi            dated May 5), and Statistical Analysis Sheet. (These
                                         documents are not substitutions.)  A report of a
                                         site visit on March 16, 1967.
