SEA Launches Flash Mentoring Program

With this exciting new initiative, active or retired senior executive members of SEA volunteer to devote only one hour of their time to meet one-on-one with a GS-14/15 member of SEA who seeks advice on personal growth and career development. Both the mentor and mentee commit to only a one-time meeting.
