The Interactive Knowledge Exchange is a tool used to enhance and improve the scientific basis of inspection activities among FSIS field personnel.

Technical Guidance Documents
Natural disasters can have significant effects on
environmental systems and infrastructure that can
jeopardize public health. FSIS provides guidance for
meat, poultry, egg products, and retail and foodservice
establishments in hurricane-affected areas that
identifies food safety factors establishments should
consider as they resume operations.
