Ramon Arellano-Felix Named to FBI "Ten Most Wanted Fugitives"

The Federal Bureau of Investigation today placed Ramon Eduardo Arellano-Felix on its "Ten Most Wanted Fugitives" list. Ramon Eduardo Arellano-Felix is one of the leaders of the notorious Arellano-Felix Organization {AFO}, also known as the Tijuana Cartel, a violent drug trafficking organization known for its violence and ruthlessness. There is a $50, 000 reward offered by the FBI for the arrest of Ramon Eduardo Arellano-Felix.

Ramon Eduardo Arellano-Felix has been charged in a sealed indictment in U.S. District Court, Southern District of California, with Conspiracy to Import Cocaine and Marijuana.

The Arellano-Felix Organization is known for its violent and savage attacks on those who interfere with their endeavors. Allegedly, cartel members have killed dozens of victims in order to eliminate drug trafficking competitors, law enforcement, and other individuals whom they believe to be cooperating with authorities.

Ramon Eduardo Arellano-Felix was born on August 31, 1964, in Mexico. He is described as a Hispanic male, six feet, two inches tall, and weighs 220 pounds. He has used other names including Gilberto Camacho Rodriguez and Ramon Torres-Mendez, El Comadante Mon. El Walin, and Ray.

Anyone with information concerning Ramon Eduardo Arellano-Felix should take no action themselves, but instead immediately contact the nearest FBI office, the Drug Enforcement Administration, or local law enforcement agency.
