The Standard Form

Indirect Costs |
If the grant budget includes indirect costs,
provide documentation supporting indirect cost rate (or other indirect
costing method). |
Matching Funds Spreadsheet |
Provide a spreadsheet identifying all
non-federal matching funds for a 1 to 1 match to requested FS grant funds.
Matching grant funds are applicable if they have not been spent by July
1of the current fiscal year, if they are expended on EIP listed erosion
control, stream environment zone restoration, or soil conservation
projects, and if they have not been previously identified as match for
other federal funding. For programmatic matches (matching funds applied to
projects other than proposed) also identify the EIP project number on
which the matching funds will be expended. |

Narrative Proposal |
The narrative proposal is identical to the
project proposal (see project proposal guidelines). Based on the amount of
funding awarded, FS comments on the proposal, and other possible
needs for changes, the narrative proposal will likely be revised for
submittal as part of the grant application. Below are a few of examples of
additional information that it may be useful
to include in the narrative proposal for submittal as part of the grant
application. |
Special Considerations |
Note any special considerations relevant to the project,
such as special permission requirements or clearances and certifications. |
Bibliography |
Provide citations to any literature pertinent to the
project or cited in the application. |
