Cascade Sierra Solutions (CSS) is a non-profit organization that identifies, promotes, and finances the use of improved technology to save fuel and reduce emissions from heavy-duty diesel engines. CSS operates in the states of Washington, Oregon, and California with a primary focus on the Interstate-5 corridor.

As an extension of the Lane Regional Air Protection Agency’s “Everybody Wins” program, CSS has developed outreach centers along the Interstate-5 Corridor to promote SmartWay Upgrade Kit technologies and to provide truckers with a “one-stop shop” for technologies and available financing options. These centers give truckers all the tools they need to start benefiting from fuel-efficient technologies quickly and cost effectively.

"Cascade Sierra Solutions is proud to be promoting SmartWay carrier strategies on the West Coast. We are excited about aggregating dealers and manufacturers of fuel saving devices to break down the awareness barrier to the trucking industry. Our outreach centers will provide equipment displays, financing, incentive programs and technical assistance to help truckers afford to upgrade their trucks with SmartWay upgrade kits."
