Windy Ridge / Spirit Lake Viewpoints

Forest Road 99 (access to Windy Ridge) on NE side of Mount St. Helens is Closed to motoized traffic at Bear Meadows Viewpoint due to winter road damage (open beyond closure to foot traffic and bicycles only).
