The Office of Workers' Compensation Programs in the Department of Labor administers the
- Federal Employees' Compensation Program
- Energy Employees' Occupational Illness Compensation Program
- Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Program and
- Black Lung Benefits Program.
