(May 30, 2008) Century City, CA – Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard recognizes TELACU, an organization based in East Los Angeles in the 34th Congressional District, on the occasion of its 40th Anniversary and TELACU’s Education Foundation, on the occasion of its 25th Anniversary.
