The Right of Way Manual provides the organizational and operating procedures for the Right of Way Section. All Right of Way providers are expected to adhere to this manual.

 

Because of continuous improvements made to our processes and procedures, and because Federal and State laws frequently change, the Right of Way Manual is regularly updated.

 

Revisions are published on this website as they become available. However, it is the responsibility of the user to keep up to date with any changes in Federal and State laws that may not be reflected in the most recent version of the Right of Way Manual.
