Access Request

DFIRM and WISE Tools

For access to the Digital Flood Insurance Rate Map (DFIRM) and/or Watershed Information System (WISE) Tools, please complete the Citrix & Directory Access Request Form and submit to your Regional Management Center (RMC) contact for processing.

The Citrix and Directory Access Request Form may be downloaded from https://hazards.fema.gov/femaportal/docs/citrix.doc.

The Regional Management Center can provide you with assistance with regard to proper population of the form.

Please email the completed form to your respective Regional Management Center (RMC) for processing. The RMC will verify the information contained within the form and approve or reject the access request. If approved the RMC will notify the MIP User Care group and the access will be granted. You will receive access information such as username and password via email from miphelp@mapmodteam.com along with general information on how to access the tools. If your request is rejected you will be contacted by the RMC.

MIP Workflow

To request access to the Mapping Information Platform (MIP) Workflow, please contact your Regional Management Center (RMC).

The Regional Management Center will collect general information used for account creation and assist in determining proper MIP Workflow roles and subscriptions. The RMC will populate a workflow access request form on your behalf and submit the form to the MIP User Care group for processing. You will receive access information such as username and password via email from miphelp@mapmodteam.com along with general information on how to access the workflow.

eLOMA

For access to the eLOMA application, please download and complete the eLOMA Registration Form and submit to the eLOMA Coordinator for processing by mail, fax or email at:

The eLOMA coordinator will validate the information contained within the form and approve the access request or request additional information. Once approved, you will receive access information such as username and password via email from miphelp@mapmodteam.com.

Other Applications

For access to all other applications such as MNUSS or FLIS, please email miphelp@mapmodteam.com or call (877) FEMA-MAP and select option number 2. A Technical Support Specialist will guide you through the process and assist you with your request.
